Blogosaurus Rex
Just a couple of random things that were sitting on my computer with no where else to go…
I always like to reflect on the year to see where I’ve been and plan where I’m going. I like New Year’s because I feel like I’m starting something fresh and exciting. Anyway…here’s my nostalgic and very to the point look at 2008.
Holy crap… Can’t even begin to describe how much my mind is racing thinking about this. So a guy does a silly dance and puts it on YouTube then gets a deal with Stride brand gum to travel the world and do the dance. So now the guy doesn’t have to work and has traveled the world over several times. This guy is the definition of the American Dream in my book. Jealous of Matt, no matter where the hell he is.
A friend showed this to me recently… It’s 51 photos of medical marvels like this girl who bleeds spontaneously from various parts of her body. I guarantee you will say, “Oh my god!” several times throughout the duration of the slide show. Humans are really mind boggling.
I’m not one for fighting, but this is simply outrageous. You already know it’s coming from the beginning but it’s still a gnarly surprise.
A few weeks ago I sat next to a guy on an plane named Doug Sonders who is a photographer and does a lot of high-end portraits. He told me about a dude he was shooting that owns a shit load of Lamborghinis and had emptied out his airplane hanger and filled it with sand, camels, and Maxim models for a party. Baller status…
Not sure why this seems like such a big deal to me, but it is. Walmart has rebranded itself for the first time since Ride has been around (16 years).
I found a bunch of photos from 1998… Check out a zit-faced 15-yr-old Fat at the ABA Grands hanging out with Ryan Nyquist, Chris Doyle, TJ Lavin, and more. Then look at some of my old riding photos, my first few BMX bikes, and the first photo I ever shot of Terry Adams. Classic!
I wish I could post all the outrageous photos I got at Baco but this is a family site and I honestly would feel bad for the girls that were getting a little too loose. But here’s some other fun stuff from my trip to Orlando last week.
